A beginner yoga class provided by Ivy Rehab Allendale that is designed to bring flexibility, balance, core strength, and healthy breathing patterns into your daily activities. This class is designed by a physical therapy team with the goal of providing healthy exercise choices to everyone in the community. For people of all ages and abilities.
